FAQS - THINGS TO KNOW
lease note that if you make a booking in error and a refund has
to be made then there will be an admin charge of £15. The process of
refund normally takes 3 to 5 working days. Refund is made the same way
that the payment was processed.
TIMES of drop of will be given the
day before when we work out the delivery route. We normally start
dropping around 9 am. and we start picking up around 5:30 6 pm.

Cancellation
If
there was an issue regarding weather other issues not allowing your
event please can you give us 24-hours and also on our side we will keep
in contact with you if it is weather-related that may cause issues. We
are more than happy to move dates and try to accommodate you as much as
we can but we are unable to provide you a refund as you have booked a
specific item for the specific date if there is anything you are not
happy within this statement please call or email to discuss further.
The
following information is important! We will be unable to set up your
equipment if you do not comply with the following requirements.
- Please ensure that the access area is clear with nothing in the way as well do not have time to clear this ourselves.
- Please ensure the designated area for the hire item (s) is:
- Free of dog and animal mess as a charge may apply.
- Please
ensure the item you have picked and paid for will fit in your garden
without issue and anything in close proximity as all measurements are
clearly displayed on individual items pages. If it does not fit safely
you will for fit the cost of the hire and delivery as it is not our
fault but yours.
- Please note we will not put up ANY inflatable
where it can not be stacked down. If you have astroturf then be aware
that we will require staking through it if outdoors.
- Please adhere to all health and safety and proper usage requirements given to you.

Please
note that we have the right to cancel any booking that is paid for with
24 hours notice. Please remember that you are booking on an automated
booking system some errors can happens.
Do I need to provide an electric socket?
For
most of our attractions, we require a standard 13amp /16amp supply. We
also supply suitable generators at an additional cost.
Can the equipment be hired for more than one day?
All of our equipment can be supplied for both long and short-term hire.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment - cash / cheque / BACS transfer All major credit cards
Is there an age limit on your bouncers?
For
us to comply with the guidelines from our insurers the maximum age
limit for bouncy castles is 14 years of age (this does not apply to
adult bouncy castles).
Will you provide a supervisor?
We will provide a supervisor at an additional charge. Please ask for details.
Are you insured?
All units supplied by Fun Hire Wales are covered by a Full Public Liability Insurance.
Are bouncers safe?
We abide by all health and safety.
Do you do indoor bouncers?
Most of our attractions are suitable for indoor use
What if my garden isn't all grass or has a slope?
When calling with your enquiry please advise us of this.
Power Supply
Please
remember that a maximum of 50 m cables is the most that you are able to
run the blowers off any longer and the power of the fans will not run
at 100%. If generators are required you are able to hire these office at
an additional cost or if you own your own please state the power and a
picture to make sure they are powerful enough to run the fans.
Can I move a bouncer after it is staked down?
Our
fully trained operators will arrive at your venue with time to discuss
your preferred location, we will then use the appropriate methods to
anchor the bouncy castle to the surface.
How big does the area have to be?
We need about a 3 foot clear access route to get the castle into your garden
What can I do before you deliver?
Please make sure that any paths, hallways, side passages or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles, etc.
What do I do if it rains?
As you can see some of our photos a few of our attractions have shower covers attatched to them.
When should I book?
We
get booked up very quickly and we advise you to book as early as
possible, especially during our peak seasons of summer and Christmas.
Can adults use your bouncy castles?
Some of our inflatables can be used for adults.
How long is the hire period?
Our standard hire period is four hours.
Do you set up and dismantle?
Yes. Our fully trained operators carry out the full setup.
What areas do you cover?
We can cover your event where ever you are based as we offer nation-wide coverage.
